** Marriage License: It is the responsibility of the couple to obtain their marriage license prior to their ceremony at a Clerk of the Court’s office in a County in the State of California. Couple is to present their marriage license to Officiate/Minister prior to the start of the ceremony. Officiate/Minister will take marriage license following the ceremony and file it with the Court (via mail) the next business day following the date of wedding.
